Production technology: the maceration lasts 20 days during which the alcoholic fermentation is completed. Daily pumping over and delestage for a greater extraction.

Tasting notes: ruby red color with intense violet reflections. Intense bouquet that expresses notes of red berries such as raspberry and blackberry. The palate is soft and balanced with a lingering aftertaste.
