Our Tuscan Vin Santo is made from Trebbiano and San Colombano grapes. The best bunches are wilted on mats until the moment of crushing, then the must obtained is stored in small chestnut barrels for 5 years.

Tasting notes: clear amber yellow color. The aroma has a sensation of dried fruit and honey. Velvety, sweet taste with notes of yellow pulp fruit and toasted almonds.
